Hi all🙋🏻,

It’s evening and my snack time. Had 2 over ripened bananas which can’t be eaten as raw. Just mashed them and added with some other ingredients and here the pancake is ready.I LOVEEEE PANCAKES.

This recipe yields 3 medium sized pancakes.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup APF/maida or wheat flour

2 tbsp icing sugar.. Optional

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 cup buttermilk

2 tbsp melted butter

1 tsp cinnamon powder

2 over ripened mashed bananas

3-4 tbsp honey or maple syrup

3 tbsp butter to cook the pancakes

METHOD:

Take all the ingredients together except honey and butter to cook, in a bowl and incorporate well. You can see the consistency in the pic above.

Heat a non stick pan. As the pan gets heated, minimise the flame at the lowest. Just rub butter in the pan and pour a big ladle of pancake mix on it.

Gently spread by rotating the pan.

After 1-2 minutes you can see the holes on pancake. Flip it to other side and let it be cooked at the same minimum flame for another 2 minutes. Just apply some butter. Take the pancake out from the pan and transfer it on a plate. Repeat the same process for other 2 pancakes.

Now drizzle some honey or maple syrup and enjoy your evening.

KEEP COOKING👍🏻!!!!
