Hi all🙋🏻,

Mangoes!!! Not any extra words are required to describe this KING OF FRUITS☺️.

Infinite recipies are made from this fruit.

The recipe which I have mentioned below is very very quick and easy to do.

Even a 10 years kid can make this in jiffy. Only 4 ingredients are required and the optional almond flakes are just to get some nutty flavour and change of taste while sickling them😋.

Greek yogurt, strained yogurt, yogurt cheese or labneh are all the same thing which is very commonly found in India at many places now. But if not… Don’t worry. If 3/4 cup of greek yogurt is required, just measure a cup of curd and put it in the large tea strainer or any strainer with very fine mesh. Hang it on any glass or cup on which the strainer can balance itself. Leave it in that position for 1-1.5 hours. All the extra whey  will be strained out leaving a very very thick Greek yogurt.

So let’s make this innovative way of serving lassi to our near and dear ones.

This recipe yields 8 small sized popsicles.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

2 ripen mangoes or 1 cup chopped mangoes

3/4 cup Greek yogurt or hung curd

2 tsp lemon juice

2 tbsp granulated sugar

Few almond flakes which is optional

METHOD:

Take all the ingredients in a grinder jar except almond flakes.

Blend all well until no chunks are leftover. Your lassi is ready to sip.

Now add almond flakes and fold into the mango mix.

Transfer them into your popsicle moulds and kulfi moulds.

Freeze for 6-7 hours.

Unmould and serve.

KEEP COOKING!!!!
