RAINING PIZZA

RAINING PIZZA

Hi all🙋🏻

I am not great fan of pizza. But I love homemade pizzasss. Reason is very simple. Too much toppings of your choice and all the varieties of cheese on one😋.

Yess!!! Have added parmesan, spiced cheddar and mozarella.. With veggies and chicken bacon rashes. I have given 2 layers of cheese. My nose was just sinking into the pizza while appetising😪. A great pleasure☺️. I made the large sized pizza.

My friend has given the name to this pizza as RAINING PIZZA.. Showers of beautiful and colourful veggies flooded with cheese.

Crust is totally wheat flour based and homemade too.. After all it’s homemade delight😋.

Let’s come to the recipe.

This recipe yields 2 mega sized pizza.

RECIPE:

FOR THE DOUGH OR BASE:

2 cups wheat flour

1.5tsp dry active yeast

Salt as per taste

2 tsp olive oil

1+ 1/2 cups lukewarm water to knead the dough

FOR CHICKEN OR SOYA MINCE:

Here you can add readymade pizza sauce or can prepare red sauce at home. For vegetarian , you can alter the chicken mince with soaked soya granules or mashed paneer.

2 tbsp olive oil

1 large chopped onion

5-6 crushed garlic

500 gm chicken mince

5 tbsp red sauce

Salt

FOR RED SAUCE:

3 large poked red tomatoes

2 slitted green chillies

7-8 fat garlic cloves

1″ sliced garlic

5 tbsp olive oil

Salt

FOR TOPPINGS:

Loading the top of pizza is upon you. Still I have mentioned approximate measurements of the following ingredients for the topping of 1 pizza.

4 tbsp of red sauce

4 tbsp of chicken mince

Sliced red, green and yellow bell peppers red cabbage

Sliced chicken bacon rashers.

Mozzarella, parmesan and spiced cheddar cheese as much as you wish.

1 tbsp Italian seasoning.

1 tbsp red chilli flakes

METHOD:

FOR THE BASE:

First of all, take warm water and add yeast to it. Let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a bowl add all ingredients of crust including water with added yeast. Just mix and leave to rise till doubles in volume. It may take 1-2 hour.

FOR RED SAUCE:

Meanwhile  preheat oven at 200 degree celcius. Add all the ingredients of red sauce in a baking tray and drizzle olive oil over them. Bake for 15 minutes and set aside to cool. Grind them in a mixer till fine paste is received.

FOR CHICKEN OR SOYA MINCE:

Heat a skillet and add olive oil. Add crushed garlic followed by chopped onions. Fry till pink. Add chicken mince or mashed paneer or soaked soya granules. Add 5 tbsp red sauce and salt. Cook covered for 10 minutes if using soya or chicken. If it’s paneer, just fry and switch off the flame.
Your dough, red sauce, chicken mince is ready.
NOW PIZZA TIME!!!!

Preheat oven at 220 degree celcius for 10 minutes.

Knead the doubled dough well like roti ka dough.

Grease the baking tray with little oil. It will give your crust a very crunchy texture and inside will be soft.

Roll the dough as much as thin or thick you wish. I prefer thin crust. Keep in mind that it’ll double in size after baking.

Brush the pastry with red sauce and add chicken mince.

Grate all the cheese.

Place bell peppers, red cabbade and bacon or soya mince rashers.Load with all the cheese and sprinkle Italian seasoning and chilli flakes. Bake at 220 degree celcius for 15 minutes.
You can see the browning of crust. Take it out, cut and serve.😋

Enjoy☺️

KEEP COOKING!!!
