As Christmas parties are all around and everyday list is is ready of the guests and so you have to think for a full meal course for them. So try to add this into the main course of your meal….

SPAGHETTI CARBONARA. It’s cheesy, creamy and best ever pasta to have. I bet u’ll be declared the best host and will get best applauding adjectives from your guests.

It’s very easy recipe.. only you have to take care of the egg sauce being mixed with hot spaghetti..that it should coat each and every spaghetti rather than scrambling of eggs should not happen. That’s it.

Let’s come to the recipe:

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

400 gms of spaghetti

1/ tsp salt…to add into boiling water for spaghetti

250 gms bacons… I was out of it but I had chicken rashers.. used them

2+2 tsp of olive oil

7-8 garlic pods… roughly chopped

4 eggs

1+1/2 cups of grated parmesan

Handful of finely chopped parsley… keep a lil some to garnish too

1tsp salt

1tsp black pepper powder

1 cup spaghetti broth… just keep 1 cup of water strained out from cooked pasta.

METHOD:

First of all just roughly shred the bacons… in broader sizes.

Heat a non stick pan. Add 2 tsp of oil. As the oil gets heated, add bacons. Fry till crispy. Take them out. In the same remaining fat, add garlic and fry until golden brown. Now let it get cool for 5 minutes.

Take a wide and deep vessel. Fill with water….about half vessel. Add 1/2 tsp salt. Let it boil.

By the time get your sauce ready. In a bowl, add eggs, 1 cup grated cheese, salt, pepper powder, parsley, fried garlics, 2 tsp oil. Mix them all thoroughly.

Let’s see the water. As it starts boiling, add pasta. Cook until done. Strain it off immediately. You have to be very quick here. As you strain, keep a cup of broth reserved. Strain off the remaining.

Now transfer your pasta into a large and deep vessel. Add hot spaghetti and fried bacons. Now add 1/2 cup broth into the egg sauce and mix it thoroughly. Keep stirring for 20 seconds.

Add this sauce into spaghetti vessel and start tossing. Keep tossing for 10 minutes. It will coat the pasta uniformly.

Serve immediately by topping with parsley and grated parmesan. I added lil pinches of cheddar cheese seasoning too😋. Eat it hot or warm.

If there is leftover… don’t worry. Just preheat your microwave at 200° c and microwave for a minute. You’ll enjoy that one too. So you guy’s enjoy and..
