Hi all🙋🏻‍♀️,

Hope you guys are doing well😊..
So this blog is all about your health and taste both. I remember when I was at weight loss, my all time favourite dinner was this recipe 😋. Made in a jiffy with mere handful of ingredients which surely you can have in your pantry almost anytime.
This recipe is borrowed from one of my friends with lil twist I have given.
So without much extra exaggerated words, let me share the recipe😉.
This recipe yields 6 wings so now you decide to hog all or to share😂.

INGREDIENTS:

500 gms or 6 chicken wings
1 tsp butter
2 tsp ginger-garlic paste
Paste of 2 green chillies (optional)
1/2 cup thick and whisked curd
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
Salt
2-3 finely chopped coriander leaves.. you can either chop finely ir give 1/2 pulse in your grinder

METHOD:

Take a wide pan. Add butter and quickl add ginger-garlic and green chilli paste. Sauté for 15 seconds.
Now add curd and black pepper powder.
Add salt as per your wings and curd base. Remember if using salted butter, use less as required.
Now add chicken wings.
Coat well with the base by flipping the sides of wings.
Cover and cook at minimum.
Now at intervals flip the sides of wings. You can see the juice of wings getting released.
It takes around 20-25 minutes to cook.
When the wings are done. You can see a very lil quantity of thick sauce is remaining. Don’t evaporate all. It gives very succulent consistency to the whole dish.
Here add coriander leaves and coat all the wings with this herb. Keep flipping for 2 minutes and switch off the flame. Cover and leave for 10 minutes so that wings secretes all the flavour of herb.
You can have this with chappati and salad or with steamed rice and salad too if you are not much gravy lover.
KEEP COOKING👍🏻
