It’s raining outside and what would be the best menu apart from this☺️
This recipe yields 4 servings.
5 large red tomatoes
6-7 cloves of garlic
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
500 ml chicken or vegetable stock
1 tbsp cornflour
Add all the ingredients ina cooker except cornflour. Give 3 whistles.
Let the pressure comes out. Strain the whole vegetables and blend in a mixer. Add to the tomato pulp. Now take cornflour and add 2 tbsp of water in it. Mix well and add it to the tomato soup. Let it boil for a minute. Take it down and prepare the tempering.
Tempering- Add butter, black cardamom, cinnamon in a skillet.Sauté till brown. Add in the soup andclose the lid. Leave for 15 minutes so that aroma of whole spices get into the soup.
Take out all the whole spices. Serve in a bowl with fresh cream and coarse pepper if required by an individual.
