It’s gonna be avocado week at my place. Ordered in bulk so Going to make from smoothies to guacamole to bread to muffins.. so many things you can make.

Avocados are so healthy both internally and externally. It has nearly 20 vitamins and minerals, making it a great nutrient dense food option. Also good fat which ascends your good cholesterol. Always remember to look beautiful you should eat beautifully. Only cosmetics don’t create wonders😉. 

So the first recipe of avocado is guacamole.

One important note.. if you have avocados in great quantity and ripening very fast.. just make guacamole and freeze the extra. This is one way of storing avocados 🥑.


1 ripen avocado (about 500 gms)

3 medium sized chopped onions.. just try to pick red ones

10-12 finely chopped garlic cloves

2 finely chopped green chillies.. optional

handful of finely chopped celery or coriander leaves

2 tsp extra virgin olive oil

1 tsp red chilli flakes

1 tsp of tobasco

1/2 tsp of freshly coarsed black pepper

3 tsp lemon juice

salt as per taste


Just take all the ingredients in a bowl except avocado. Give a nice mix.

Now mash avocado well and transfer into the dressing you have prepared with all the other ingredients.

It’s so simple .. right??

Now enjoy it as a dip or spread it on slice of bread or just enjoy ideally.. in anyways you’re gonna enjoy.
