BOILED PEANUT MASALA

Hi all🙋🏻,

A very simple recipe of peanut with mere any time available ingredients at home. It’s very very healthy and chatpata too at the same time. You can serve this to your guests or can end up your hunger pangs during any time of the day.

Actually I got this recipe from one of the foodie groups on facebook.. But not remembering the name.. But still thanks to anonymous 😍😍. Only I have added the Bongo bhaja masala from my end of mind.

The best part of this recipe is that you can easily replace the peanuts with any other nuts or sweet corn kernels.

Let’s have a look into the recipe which can be served as a starter to 2-3 persons.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup whole peanuts, soaked in water for 2-3 hours

1 tsp oil

1 large chopped onion

1 large chopped tomatoes

2 chopped green chillies.. Although I have used 1/2 tsp dried green chilli powder

4-5 tbsp of chopped coriander leaves

1 tsp lemon juice

Salt

2 tsp bhaja masala or 1 tsp chat masala

METHOD:

First of all wash off the soaked peanuts until you get clean water.

Now take a non stick pan or skillet.

Add peanuts with half cup of water and salt and cover it with a lid. Cook until water evaporates at medium flame.

Now add oil and sauté the peanuts for 2 minutes.

Add bhaja masala, onion, tomatoes, green chillies. Again sauté for a minute. Switch off the flame.

Finally add lemon juice. Add coriander at the end.

Serve hot😋

KEEP COOKING 👍🏻
