Hi all 🙋🏻‍♀️,

It’s feative season and festivities a lot to make..😋… and lots to relish too.

These are coconut macaroons… eggless ones. Actually why cake should be the only thing to post on Christmas 🤨.. bake something else too. Saturday afternoon and was lolly gagging at home. Baking mind poked my hands and then thought to make these beauties. These are fudgy, delicious and you can keep going on popping one after the another.

Very quick and easy to make… so lemme write recipe too quickly 🤓.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

4 cups desiccated coconut

1/2 cup APF or refined flour

Pinch of salt

1/2 tsp baking powder

300 gms canned condensed milk

METHOD:

Preheat oven at 180° c for 10 minutes.

Grease a baking tray or line the tray with baking paper and grease the paper with lil bit of butter.

In a deep bowl take all the ingredients and mix well.

Now using ice-cream scoop you can just scoop them in roundels on baking paper or used your greased palms to give round shapes and place on lining paper keeping an inch apart between two macaroons. But I used my wilton 1M nozzle and gave spiky surface😛.

Place the tray in oven on middle rack for 20 minutes at 180°.

When you can see the golden brown crust on outer surface, take the tray out. Let it cool completely.

Now pop them as they are or dip them in melted chocolate or just dust some icing sugar. Do whatever you want to do but don’t trouble yourself so much😂.

Keep cooking👍🏻
