SESAME COCONUT FUDGE

Hi all🙋🏻,

HAPPY MAKAR SANKRANTI TO ALL OF YOU!!!!!

A very easy peasy sweet from my end to all of you… Although visual treat☺️!!! But it’s such a quick to prepare that a new bee can do this.

I think fudge should be in square shape🤔. But it’s ok. You can spread the mix in any square mould and cut when cooled down.

Whatever the shape is…. Taste and texture, both are fudgy😋.

This recipe will give you 28-30 fudges of medium sizes.

RECIPE:

INGREDIENTS:

1 can condensed milk.. Have used 400 gms of Nestle Milkmaid

1 cup sesame seeds

3/4 cup dessicated coconut

1/2 tsp cardamom powder

1 tsp ghee

Silver leaf, saffron and green sugar bits to garnish

You can add nuts too

METHOD:

Take a non stick pan. Heat and dry roast sesame seeds until light golden brown or it starts spluttering.

Cool and grind them coarsely. Just give 3-4 pulses.

Now add condensed milk into the same non stick pan. Heat only melted .. For about 3-4 minutes. Switch off the flame and add cardamom powder. Mix all well.

Add coconut and grinded sesame seeds. Mix all well with spatula. Let it cool.

Apply some ghee on your palms. Roll into laddoos. Garnish and serve or gift your friends and relatives. You can spread the hot mix into any greased square mould and cut into cubes… To give the real fudge look.

KEEP COOKING👍🏻
